These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, workshops, webinars, digital products, and services provided by FuturIQ Inc. ("FuturIQ," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Edwina McKennon. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By registering or purchasing, you represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
When you register for a workshop or create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Registration: By registering for a workshop or webinar, you are reserving a spot subject to availability. Registration details (date, time, access link) will be sent to the email address you provide.
Attendance: Workshops are delivered live via Zoom or similar platforms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology and internet connection to participate.
Recordings: Workshops may be recorded. By attending, you consent to being recorded and to FuturIQ using recordings for internal and promotional purposes.
Where applicable, all fees are stated in the currency indicated at checkout. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Refund policies for paid programs are outlined at the time of purchase. Free workshops and webinars do not require payment.
All content on our website and in our workshops — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, curriculum materials, frameworks, and software — is the property of FuturIQ Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our content without our prior written permission.

We make no guarantees regarding income, earnings, or results. Any income figures, testimonials, or success stories shared on our website or during events are illustrative only and do not represent typical results. A comprehensive survey conducted in Fall 2024 indicated typical or average results around $9,000 in monthly sales. Individual results vary dramatically based on personal effort, prior experience, market conditions, financial resources, and personal circumstances.
You acknowledge that all entrepreneurial activities involve inherent risks. Do not invest money in business education, products, or services that you cannot afford to lose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuturIQ Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to FuturIQ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FuturIQ Inc., Edwina McKennon, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Our services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, payment processors, email services). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
